This ensures that your details cannot be accessed by any unauthorised person. Look for the yellow padlock in the bottom right of your browser as you enter the payment section of our site. 
 
Please note that all gift baskets must be paid for prior to despatch. You can pay by either American Express, Visa - MasterCard, Delta, Debit Card, or Switch. We are unable to accept Diners Club cards.

 

 
Delivery
For mainland UK deliveries the cost of delivery is included in the price of 
your gift VaVaVoom Gifts will despatch to any address in the UK mainland within 24 hours of receiving an order. We guarantee next day delivery for all orders within the mainland UK received prior to 13.00 hours (weekdays). Saturday and Sunday delivery is possible at an extra charge of £15.00 - £30.00.
 
Please note that it is essential that you provide us with a delivery address, 
with full postcode, where someone will be able to sign for safe receipt of your gift. Delivery will be made either by courier, DHL or Parcel Force depending on which is most appropriate.
 
 
Overseas Deliveries
To send wine gift outside the UK mainland, including the Channel Islands
and the Isle of Man, call our Customer Service Team on 0870 803 4979 (Int. +44 870 803 4979). We will explain the cost and the delivery times.

 

 
Customer satisfaction  
Your happiness with products from VaVaVoom Gifts is our primary concern.
We want you to come back! If you are in any way unhappy with your wine gift  please let us know within 48 hours and we will either refund or replace faulty goods. Please contact us by E-mail or on 0870 8034 979 (Int. +44 870 803 4979) between 9a.m. and 7p.m UK time. Please note that we are only able to refund or replace goods that are damaged or inedible and that are returned to Wine Champagne London. Please keep proof of postage of any goods that you return to us so that we are able to make a refund to you where appropriate.
